Mehr Fotokabine

Dank Liesbets Aktion fotokabien (die ich die letzten beiden Male auf Grund erhöhten Gästevorkommens und Besuchsvolumens ausgelassen haben...shame on me!) gibt es mich heute in der Sommerausgabe zu bestaunen! Also Sonnenbrille und Hut auf, Cocktail schnappen und ab in die Sonne! Denn der Winter kommt früh genug :)

More photocabine. Thanks to Liesbet´s project fotokabien (which I missed the last two times because of my dear visits here...shame on me!) today you can see the summer version of me! Therefore everyone: Put your sunglasses and hats on, get your cocktail and enjoy the sun. ´Cause winter will certainly arrive early enough ;)

Aus zwei mach eins: Fotokabine und Helden

Heute fallen zwei Mitmachaktionen zusammen: Nämlich das von Liesbet iniziierte Projekt "Fotokabien" und die Alltagshelden von Stephie. Was liegt also näher als aus den Helden Fotokabien-Protagonisten zu machen, oder aus Fotokabien-Protagonisten Helden? Voilá, bitteschön. Ein fast mitternächtliches Familien-Portrait! Die Katze hatte nicht so viel Lust auf ein Midnight-Shooting wie ihr sehen könnt! Mehr Helden findet ihr hier und mehr Fotokabinen-Teilnehmer hier! Viel Spaß beim Schauen!

Today two projects I use to join have fallen together: "Fotokabien" by Liesbet and "heroes of everyday life" by Stephie. So what´s the solution? Well, converting heroes into photocabine protagonists or converting photocabine protagonists into heroes of everyday life! Voilá, here we go. A family portrait almost taken at midnight. Kitty wasn´t very fond of having a shooting at that time as you can see...You can find more heroes here and more participants of the "Fotokabien"-project here. Have fun peeping!

Das bin ich...

Bis auf mein Kinderfoto rechts habe ich mich bis jetzt ja noch nicht wirklich gezeigt hier. Heute allerdings habe ich meinen ganzen Mut zusammengenommen und mich in die Fotokabine begeben um bei Liesbets monatlicher Aktion "Fotokabien" mitzumachen. Warum das Ganze? Weil ich es lustig finde, nicht nur meinen Alltag, sondern auch mich selbst über die Zeit hier in Canada zu beobachten und weil ich mir selber gerne die "abouts" der Blogs mit dem Gesicht dahinter anschau. Ist doch irgendwie nett zu wissen, wer hinter dem Geschreibsel steckt, oder was meint ihr? Vielleicht hat ja noch jemand Lust, sich auch zu zeigen oder bei Liesbets Projekt mitzumachen. Apart from my childhood photo in the sidebar, I haven´t really shown myself here on this blog. But today I have pulled myself together quite a bit and stepped into the photoboot to join Liesbet with her project "Fotokabien". Why? Well, I think it´s funny, I like the idea of keeping visual track not only of my everyday life but also of myself here in Canada and because I myself enjoy reading the "abouts" of  blogs revealing the face behind. I think it´s nice to know who is writing, don´t you think so? Maybe someone else whould like to show him/herself aswell or join Lisbet´s project?
